Easily return your item(s)

We accept returns via mail or third party carriers addressed to our RETURN DEPARTMENT at 338 Jericho Turnpike, Syosset, NY, 11791. Returns are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original packing (if applicable) and proof of purchase

Any signs of wear on our signature pink leather lining and soles regarding our shoes will disqualify a refund of monies or credit owed for a return. Furthermore, if our products show other signs of visible wear outside of the initial guidelines mentioned above this will further nullify. DEIJIDESIGN’s refund policy.

Time Frame:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days with a return to your banking institution within 7 – 10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.


We offer exchanges where customer credit is available as an option online or for a full refund through your financial institution. The purpose of a credit refund is so that customers may apply their credit towards other purchases on our website. Condition of Returned Goods:

Items must be returned in the condition in which they are purchased. This means accessories including belts, handbags, shoes, and wallets must be returned with their price tag and labeling intact and be physically unaltered from their delivered condition. Specifically, our shoes must be tried on a clean carpet

Lost/Stolen Items:

DEIJIDESIGN is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your return.


All returns must include a copy of your CONFIRMATION ORDER

(which you receive when completing the purchase through the checkout online) and this clearly indicates

which items are being returned. If the CONFIRMATION ORDER is not included customers will experience issues in processing a refund. Ultimately, items returned without an

CONFIRMATION ORDER are not guaranteed a full refund.


We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers

due to:

  • An excessive return history.
  • An excessive return history that involves altered, laundered, damaged, worn, or missing items; or shows signs of potentially fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
